Deposit, cancellation and weather policy

The terms every booking runs on. They are here in full so there is nothing to discover later.

Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total confirms the booking. The balance is settled before the trip starts.
Cancellation by you — technical and multi-day trips
100% refund more than 30 days out, 50% between 15 and 30 days, no refund inside 15 days.
Cancellation by you — short trips (sport climbing, multi-pitch)
100% refund more than 10 days out, 50% between 5 and 10 days, no refund inside 5 days.
Bad weather
The deposit is not refunded, but I will reschedule or offer an alternative activity. In Patagonia this is part of the plan, not an exception.
Cancellation by me (non-weather)
Full 100% refund.
